Svitlana Zubchyk
Founder & Director | Licensed Public Accountant (AIA)
Svitlana brings over 15 years of experience across accounting, finance and taxation, including more than four years in senior accounting and management accounting roles in the UK.
Her background spans manufacturing and service businesses, covering financial reporting, payroll, internal controls and management accounting. This practical experience helps us understand the questions behind your numbers: how your business is performing, what affects your cash flow and what you need to plan for.
Svitlana holds a PhD in Accounting, Analysis and Audit and has ten years of lecturing experience in higher education. She combines analytical depth with clear explanations, helping clients understand complex financial matters and make informed decisions.
She holds a current AIA Practising Certificate and serves on the AIA Members in Practice Advisory Panel.
Svitlana also mentors accounting professionals with experience gained in Ukraine who are looking to continue their careers in the UK. Her mentoring is tailored to each person’s background, current knowledge and career goals, helping them build on their experience, understand UK accounting practice and agree practical next steps.
